I am continuously drawn to video because I love breaking illusions of time and space which are inherent to the medium. I particularly like video editing, seeing it as a direct way to manipulate our perception of time. In my narrative work, I enjoy writing with metaphor and symbolism, and prefer to leave stories open-ended. Recently, the stories I create are those which disintegrate over time, becoming more distorted through repetition. I am intrigued by story cycles in which logic falls away, opening new space for excitement in the bizarre, the uncanny, and the intuitive.
